A Professional Organising and Decluttering Service in Geelong, Victoria

  • A deposit of $297 is required to secure your booking as detailed on the invoice you will receive via email, along with these Terms and Conditions
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent once the deposit has been receipted
  • The balance of payment is due 3 business days prior to the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed to. A reminder will be sent.
  • Payment Plans are available, conditions apply
  • Payment is accepted by cash, direct deposit, credit card or EZYPAY direct debit
  • At least 24 hrs is required to rescheduled a booking. A Place of Calm will endeavour to accommodate the request
  • If 2 or more reschedules are requested the session will be forfeited
  • 48 hours is required to cancel a booking, anything less will result in being charged the cancellation fee of $297, the balance refunded
  • Rescheduling or cancellation notices can be received by phone, text message or email
  • Additional travel fees will apply for distances greater than 35kms from Belmont at a rate of $0.68 per km, both directions
  • Additional costs will be the responsibility of the client. Examples include but are not limited to rubbish removal, storage requirements and other external service providers, if required
