How becoming organised will impact your mental health

When I get calls from people to say that they’re over the clutter and disorganisation, that is their life and home, I know they’re ready to make positive changes and regain that wonderful feeling of calmness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Focus on the end goal and give yourself permission to take charge, it’s time to let go of what is holding you back, and let the process begin. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Take stock of what your day-to-day life looks like. What is missing? What are the daily goals you want to achieve? What will help gain back control?
  • If you want to feel happy and calmer, fill your spaces with things that are important to you, not unnecessary clutter
  • Honour who you are and what you want for yourself – the picture that sits in your mind of how you want your life to be, bring it into real life and enjoy your life⠀⠀⠀
